ITEM RETURN (14 DAYS ITEM RETURN AND MONEY BACK)

We accept item return. If you are not happy or satisfied with the item you received, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item by email to order@japanjigsawpuzzle.com

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions should be fulfilled.

1. Buyer must inform us for any item return within 14 days after receipt of the item.
2. Buyer must contact and communicate with us before any item return arrangement.
3. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package back to us.
4. Item must not be opened. It must be returned in its original packaging and the same brand-new condition in which it was sent to you.
5. Buyer must be responsible for all shipping cost for the item return.
6. Once we have received the returned item as per the above conditions, we will refund 100% of the item price to you (all shipping and handling cost paid are not refundable).

Please be aware, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund.
